I've created an DVD using 'Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS' with about 18 specific chapters. The Main Menu works fine, and the first Chapter Menu with the first four chapter icons works perfectly, but pages 2, 3 and 4 of the Chapter Menu does not. I do not have the ability to select the "next", "home" or specific chapters' icons.

I am using the default "Balloons 16:9" HD animated template and have not modified it in anyway. I've wasted about four dvds trying to burn this and about 30 hours in total.

Any ideas?
