HI

Which USB video converter are you using?

Does the video converter have just RCA sockets or an S-Video socket as well?

Are you connecting the VHS recorder via SCART to RCA connectors (red, yellow, white plugs)? If so

  1. does the recorder have 2 SCART sockets - if so check that you are plugged into the Out socket

  2. does the SCART plug have a small switch on it?  If so check that it is set to Out

Which input are you selecting for video in RYVT?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I have just purchased Video Saver 8th Edition and I don't see a picture! There is only sound. I have connected cables as should. I got video converter and all the cables with it. Cabels work just fine with my other program (Arcsoft Showbiz Video Grabber) but I dont want to use that one. My operating system os 64-bit, x64-based processor; Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3517U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.40 GHz; Windows 10. Where is the problem?
