Most grateful any advice: I begin by 'transferring video to computer' and can see the playback video/audio on my computer. Then I 'end transfer', then 'Start Video Editing.' But nothing appears to have transferred. There is no new film icon that appears in the bottom editing window. Nothing is saved; there is nothing to edit. When I click on 'Finish Movie,' there is no movie. Please help :) ((I use RYVT version 7 on Windows 10.))
