Hi

When posting please give more information - in particular your computer specification ie processor type / model, RAM, hard drives and configuaration and free space, audio chipset used and graphics chipset / card used.

Have you tried changing the audio options in the programs setting (Y key) as shown below

 

If this does not work is there no audio at all from any player or just MEP 2016?

    - no audio at all then try updating the audio system drivers.

    -  just MEP 2016, was this installed before the upgrade to Windows 10?

       If so try the following:

  1. Run steps 3 - 11 in this tutorial,  then run the  MEP 2016 installer again and select the Repair option when offered.

    if this fails to restore audio
     
  2. then re-install MEP 2016 using the full procedure in the above tutorial.
