NewBlue FX with Sony Vegas 16

I just upgraded from Sony Vegas 14 to 16. I've been using Sony Vegas ever since 5. When I upgraded to 8.0, 11.0 and then 14.0, I never had the issues I am having now. I cannot get the NewBlue FX filters/transitions to appear. I've activated my NewBlue FX products but they never show up on Vegas 16. How can I resolve this issue and get back to editing post-upgrade? Thanks.

As far as I am aware, there is no such thing as Sony Vegas 14 or 16. There is Magix Vegas 14, 15, and 16, and you should post on the dedicated Vegas Forum. Just don't mention Sony.
