New Vegas Pro 17 installation keeps crashing

HI All,

 

I decided to duke out video production with PC and using vegas. I am running a HPz440 with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12 core Xenon and 32GB ram with 8TB total of SSD scratch drives. With all that said, I cannot get vegas to run without crashing. I am running Windows 10 1903 with all of the latest updates. Am I missing something here for running Vegas?
