@Leif-Hakansson

Hi,

Your email address with Magix.com is your user name. It doesn't care whether or not the email account is still working. Just log in to your account, get your serial number, change your email address and your done. However, if you've forgotten your password, then that is another problem and you can't ask Magix to automatically reset it since Magix, like everyone else, sends a message to your email address for you to do that.

Otherwise, raise a ticket with Magix and tell them the problem.

Thanks. Do you know how to address Magix with this?

@Leif-Hakansson

Assuming you mean you need to raise a Support ticket because you cannot access your Magix account, please use the Support header found on any forum page and carefully follow through each succeeding page, always choosing the option to Ask Support.

Unfortunately I´m getting nowhere. So can someone please provide help with where exactly to contact Magix staff for support?

@Leif-Hakansson

I'm not sure exactly what you are doing. I just tested this, as follows:

  1. Click on the Support header at the top of this, or any other forum page you will see this:

    Select "Audio" and then "Audio Cleaning Lab" as highlighted

  2. Then you see a general support page. Go right to the bottom of it (left hand side) and find this:

    Click on Contact Support.

  3. This page will appear:

    Again, choose the highlighted options.

  4. Then you will see a screen on which you fill in your details and a description of the problem.

Does that help?
