. . . . web site designer keep saying that my password is not allowed . . . .

When is this occurring :-

1. when you are trying to publish the website to the Internet?
    
2. when you are creating a password ?

If 1 -  where are you trying to publish to ie Magix hosting or another Internet hosting provider? 

If 2 - then you may be using a disallowed character or symbol.

If none of the above then when are you being asked for a password?

Please do not duplicate the same question under different parts of the forum.
