My primary interest is changing the beat either up or down without disturbing music quality, so which of your products is best for this?

How about providing some useful information?

When you say, "changing the beat either up or down" what do you mean? The pitch? The tempo? Or, something else?

What are these "beats"? Are they audio files or MIDI files? Are they one shots? Complete rhythms? Or what?
