Hi soccermother13. That's a difficult one as you have really said what's happening. Try this though. Depending on the installation you chose, if you chose private, then whenever you run the program, do so as administrator.

Also make sure the files are not write or access protected. You might have to check how you are logging on to Windows, maybe as a restricted user?
