Hi

We need more information:

Are the links visible if you open the navigation bar editor as seen below?

Are you testing the links using:

  1. File, Preview website (F5)
  2. File, Export website and then using a web browser
  3. File, Publish website to a host and testing

The links are in the navigation bar. I click the preview website button but the links do not take me to the next page. I have not done export website or publish to a host because I do not have a host yet. I do have an address - hamptonroadsgardens.com.

It gets more complicated - the open page files do not seem to match the design layout gallery. They appear blank sometimes.

Have I started out incorrectly?

Hi

. . . . Have I started out incorrectly? . . . .

It is difficult to tell what is wrong with the links without examining the HTML output from Web Designer.

Try exporting the website to a folder and open the index.htm file in a web browser. If this does not work then upload only the index.htm file to somewhere like Dropbox, and post a link to it so we can examine the HTML code to see if there is any issue with it.

I would also suggest you follow these tutorials on using Web Designer rather than the manual.

I need help with creating a 4 page site, which the basic tutorial does not do. I am trying to use a template, and modifying with my own graphics. Somehow they do not insert correctly. The Page & Layer Gallery does not match my pages.

When I preview my site, some of the images do not appear. I have tried various things with unlocking and un-hiding layers, which seem to only confuse the issue. I am very familiar with the layers in design because I am proficient with Adobe Photoshop.

Hi

Which template are you using?
