No-one who posts here is a Magix employee; you need to email infoservice@magix.net with details of your purchase and ask that they check your serial number for ACID 11. As @johnebaker wrote, are you certain you have installed the correct version AND edition of ACID that you purchased? The green tick indicates the serial key is "valid" but apparently not for the product you have.
Thank-you for your swift reply. I wasn't sure about sending the serial numbers. It won't happen again. I was just frustrated about the delay I'm having in getting important work done on time. I've been working with ACID for over twenty years. How do I know if I've installed the correct version and edition? I'm working on a new computer that is capable of any Magix product.
Doesn't work the above. Please send the disk version. I don't have multiple serial numbers. On my up-coming Art and Education network at pre-start up Iwarrior.world I can sell thousands of your MAGIX products. I have been using Acid for over 20 years. Please help to get this ACID 11 working NOW.
@Gunter-Bubleit What doesn't work? Are you getting an message entering your serial number in the website above? Are you getting a different installer than Acid 11? If you only get a Vegas Installer then you have the wrong serial number, like the error 14 says. Be aware, there is Acid Music Studio, Acid Pro, Acid Pro Suite and the subscription version. You need to install the correct one. But maybe you didn't buy Acid 11 but only Vegas?

As @SP. entirely correctly writes, these are user to user forums, so not any contact for Magix Support; no-one who posts here has any facility to send you anything.
I think we all understand your frustration but you have been previously asked several questions, most notably about exactly which edition of ACID 11 you have (@SP. has given you more details about those editions) but we still have not received an answer from you and any kind of confirmation that that is the edition listed on your purchase email and the one you have installed!
