Presumably you both have registered your software with Magix and created an account.  You would have been asked to do this after installation.

Log in with the account details and you should then find in the downloads for your extra files.

I have MM MX and have found the same issue. After looking all over Catooh I can find no reference to the 2000 free loops. Come on Magix...how about giving us a clue??

I can see the 2000 loops on Catooh but it just keeps asking you to pay for them. There is no option to enter the number provided by Magix to get the free download.

Simply by clicking on "Catooh" to the extreme right of the middle menu when you load up MMX. There's a banner which says "+2000 Sounds Package. Click here to redeem your voucher" Then it's as clear as mud after that.

If not click Show Welcome Dialog under Help on the menu and see if you can get the downloads from here.

I got mine working last night, I loaded into shopping cart (in Catooh) then at check out loaded the code in redeem code/voucher section and it accepted it, so was able to download.

I've tried loading it into the cart but I can't get a redeem voucher to enter it. How did you get the voucher. I must be missing something.
