music maker 15 upgrade tab will not activate

I purchased the upgrade for music maker 15 but when I click on the Upgrade now tab nothing happens no activation box or anything, is there another way to upgrade the software? I have the serial # from magix but cannot get the upgrade function to work. Thanks For Any Replys.

Hi,

When we upgrade first we make payment, in your case MMM 15 to up version. After making payment we get Magix confirmation e-mail with serial and download link.

We have to download the up graded software then install enter serial number and e-mail and REGISTER. We should also download any extra items to complete the product.

For reference you can check my pdf file though it is for MMM 16 but it will help you and you will know if you are making any mistake.
