There could be different reason, I hope computer's hard drive got enough space left.

 

You did one good job mentioning about event viewer, I will suggest please clear your IE history, cookies then clean your trash bin. Use disk clean. Restart your computer.

Do not open e-mail, messenger or Internet, Start Magix Muisc Maker and check if it works fine or not.

 

If you still face problem and you think you could re-install Magix Music Maker then try that.

I did all that and my computer has more than 20 gb. free space and 2.78 ght processor and 1200 gb. of ram.

still don't work like it should.

You got nice computer just free space is not enough.

Did you also try re-installation of Magix Music Maker? if you did not then try it or if you have done that then better contact Magix support they got a a utility to check the problem. You will have to ask them you need "Syscheck". When you will use syscheck it will create a report and will send to Maigx then they will examine and report you back.

 

Note: if there is any possibility you can backup your data from computer and empty more space that might also help.
