I purchased magix pro x and I am having trouble importing music tracks. The problem is the program will not import the complete song regardless of length. Can someone help me fix this issue?
First question: which version of Video Pro X?
Second question: source and format of the music tracks? CD? mp3? etc., etc..
Third question: sampling frequency of the tracks and of VPX? Do they match?
Fourth question: step by step, how are you "importing" these tracks to VPX?
Sorry to ask so many questions but all the above is the sort of information we fellow-users need in order to be able to hope to offer advice.

I have VPX 6. I have tried dragging the selected music from the desktop in to the VPX program. I've also started with the VPX program and imported it per instructions. Both ways are successful; however, only about 80% of any track actually imports. At first I thought it had something to do with the length of the songs, but I've tried a variety of different lengths and result is always the same. It's as if the last 80%-90% of all songs will not import.
Thank you for answering my first and last questions. However, your answers to the second and third may give us more clues about the specifics of this problem! So please supply the missing information!
