MPEG4 "... drive is not full or write-protected"

I have problem. I download trial Pro Plus and buy MPEG4 activation but I cannot open files hi resolution (>=720p ). I get message that "... drive is not full or write-protected" (ex. 640x480 MPEG4 files is OK)

Hi !
Have you got any solution to this problem ?
I have the same situation.
It does not open the .mts2 files and asks the activation code every time.
Then it says that activation was ok but the files do not still open.
