I need to create a website using a program that supports accessing the website from mobile devices. I want to move by current (Magix) domain name to another server that supports the program that I need. Can I do this?

Xara Web Designer 11 Premium provides supports mobile devices.
The down side is, which ever program you use, you will have to start the website from scratch - you cannot import a Website Maker site into the program.

With Web Designer you get webspace on Xara's servers and if you have a Domain name registered with Magix I would suggest you contact them about transferring it.
The hosting servers are not specific to the program you need, so long as that program can use FTP to upload you can use any hosting company you wish.
