Movie Studio Platinum 15: Error Code -24

Windows 10, Using Surface Book 2

Recently I purchased Movie Studio Pro 15 (4/25/18). I completed my first project, but when I attempt to Render As, I receive the error that my Serial number has been linked to an alternate account. My assignment is due in two days so I'm really searching hard for a solution. If I need to specify anything further I can with no issue. Thank you for your help.

Suggest you post on the dedicated Magix Vegas Forums here, but I note you already have. It's probably a problem that only Magix Support can help you with.
