Movie Edit Pro Plus 2020 keeps freezing

My laptop kept freezing when using Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 2020 after about 6 minutes use. I tried to uninstall it intending to reinstall, but it will not uninunstall. I get a message 'package can not be opened; customisations not permitted'. I am using an Asus TUF Game F15 with Windows 11;

Device name LAPTOP-35STG27P

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz 2.69 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Please suggest how to get it working.

What is the full message?

When you installed MEP 2020, did you use the default install folder settings for installation, or change them ?

If changed, where did you install the program to?

You can try running the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter available here, to see if it fixes the uninstallation issue.

Thanks for the help. I had to uninstall 4 other Magix apps using them Microsoft Troubleshooter and then could reinstall Movie Edit Pro and it works fine now. Many thanks
