Mobile Vewer

Hi,

I am using Ver. 18.with the newest update download. My main web pages are finished however when I look at the mobile pages, only part of my main page shows and a couple of pages down the line some show up, all of the other are blank except for the correct back ground color.

Can you give me a idea as to what settings I may have wrong, or how do I get the pages to migrate over from web to mobile? When I look at them in the design program I see the same as when I look at it live, just gray background no photo's or words.

The 2 sites look like you have unlinked the mobile version from the main version and created different pages for the mobile site - they have different names from the main site and there are at least 16+ pages compared to the main sites 12.

Unlinking should not be necessary if you want identical sites for main and mobile, edit the main site and the mobile should follow, with no further editing on the mobile site.

Thank you John, I must have hit the wrong thing if I un-linked the pages. Do you have any idea how I would go about re-linking them with out having to go and start over. I am really very new to this program, or making a site in total. Very much a novice at any type of programing and have very little knowledge in working with this one as well.

Do the following to create a new mobile variant from the main - note you will have to reposition everything in the new variant - see this Xara article .

Before doing this I would suggest you save the project with a new name, remove the mobile variant - Utilities, Website variants, Website variants, select the mobile version and delete it and save the project before following the article.
