MM17 keeps crashing?

It crashes quite often and also if you extend synths they skip? this program doesnt seem stable, its a new copy, not pirated or anything?

So did mine. I erased it and redownloaded it and it said that there were 2 programms running at the same time! and that damage could happen if continuing.
