MM16 Program bought from staples corner London is a faulty program.

I bought MM16 from staples corner but the batches of the program are faulty i changed it twice they will not refund it any more this was bought from pc World.

Twice the Revolta 2 program was missing i estimate that all the programs of MM16 are faulty at pc World and none of them have the Revolta 2 program that i need what do i do about this trouble some problem, since it has made really angry that i cannot get Revolta 2 and every one on you Tube is rantings and ravings about it. I know it is an essential to use it on MM16.

Hi,

In MM 16 following synthesizers are included;
Beat Box2
Rebota
LIVID
Drum n Bass
Atmos

However, in MMM 16 Premium
Beat Box2
Rebota
LIVID
Drum n Bass
Atmos
Vita
Revolta 2

If you still got installed MM 16 go to its Program folder then open Pdf file
MusicMaker 16_EN and read from page 22 to 27 you will find out difference between MM 16 and MM 16 Premium.

As far as your faulty program problem is concerned I think you better ask Magix Customer support with details.

PS* I had MM 16 then I upgraded to MM 16 premium only for more functions

Hi Demetirs,

nihon's right. Revolta is a Premium feature, so there really won't be any money back for something that shouldn't be there. The extra features are in Premium.
And it is a lot of fun too.
