MEP 16 Will not burn or export video in full

Okay i recently made a pretty basic dvd to help my sister with a project. Verything went pretty good for a first time user except the DVD burn.

I burned at the slowest possble speed and when it got done I popped it in a dvd player to check it. Minius i few erroes on my part it was looking good. Then i notice the last ten minutes of the dvd didn't burn. So I go grab a different disc thinking that might help, burned it again and had the same problem.

Today i was gonna load onto youtube but I decided to export as an mpeg just to make sure the whole video was there. well it finished and guess what it wasn't there. Again the last ten min disappeared.

MEP 16 can see the full final edit, and I can watch the whole thing there but anytime I try to burn/export to a diff file type the last ten minutes gets cuts off of the video.

Any ideas as how to fix the problem?

How long is the video, how big is the video in relation to the DVD capacity , and what format of DVD are you using? I might have more answers for you if I can get this info.

Hi,

Have a close look at the point in your video where the export / burn stops ... are there any gaps ? if there is a gap even a small one then MEP will think it has reached the end of the video and stop exporting ... this is what happens at the real end of the video.

hopr that helps
