Media Generators Not Working - Text & Tiles | Movie Studio 15 Platinum

Hi there,

I am trying to edit my video however the media generators are not working. The preset previews are not working for the Text & Tile generators and they are not animated in my video either. I am very frustrated as I spent £40 on this to specifically use this. How do I fix this?
