What do you mean by "blocking"?  Do you mean blocking from posting songs to this website?

Within the last year, MAGIX has chosen to enforce their full rights under the US copyright laws, although their EULA does not make this perfectly clear.  The EULA specifically mentions only use for "commercial" purposes.

This is confusing because posting songs to the website would not be for commercial purposes but rather for sharing and educational purposes.  However, US copyright laws restrict ANY use other than for private/personal use.

It seems to me that this policy is self-defeating.  If MAGIX wishes to restrict every use of their software and media, then there is little benefit for anyone purchasing and using their software.

Hi - I experienced this sometimes...by the looks of it every new content is checked automatically by some sort of software for copyright infringements, and that might be the root cause of the problem.

Maybe they need to do this for legal reasons ?

From what I think I know about such software it can do only rudimentary checks in a very rudimentary way and this means, of course, "false positives". The best way is to ask the Magix Team for unblocking the content - which might take a couple of days, in my case it always worked.

...

What helped in my case was to stay away from making tracks DJ-friendly...since then it did not happen again; but I obviously don't know what the root cause was in your case.

Anyway - drop a friendly note to the Magix Team, I am positive they will help you.

Happy new Year & Cheers
