Dear Magix team

I was trying to do a Fotostory today on MAGIX Photostory Deluxe 17.1.3.142 (UDP3). I selected my Videos and Photos from my external HDD and selected to save the project on my Desktop. After finishing the editing, I looked at my Desktop and everything was wiped out. Nowhere to be found. Recycle bin was empty. My files are nowhere to be found. Everything is gone.

MAGIX Photostory Deluxe 17.1.3.142 (UDP3) made me lose months of work and now I risk to lose my job.

I am very frustrated. How can we fix this?
