MAGIX online support

A couple of weeks ago I sent an online request through the MAGIX to technical support. was wondering what the turn around normally is I did not receive a notification.

When I raised a support ticket today a dialogue box asked if this was the same issue, so query has gone through.

I am not looking for a resolution of my support query here just 'do MAGIX technical support respond to queries raised through the web site?'

Did you get any emails confirming the Support request?

If not check your spam folders - you should at least have received an automatic notification of receipt of the request.
