You should have answered this under the thread already started.

As John EB said, you should have the album there if you created it properly. I looked up gospasinger.magix.net/album, and there is nothing there. If this is the username that is registered for your online album, then you have either not registered it or done it incorrectly.

Go to magix-online.com, sign in with your username and pw. You should see the screen below. Do you have this?

Hello John,

I'm sorry about posting in the wrong place, I'm new here...yes I have that screen. My magix website should be dennisallen.magix.net...this is what times out on me. But I can log into the site using my password and email. I just can't perform any of the functions, like upload, or go to album website or anything else. Thanks for your response. Magix told me that the premium version is active.

Hi,

The site works fine. Are you logging in as aguest or user? Is the username (email address ) the one that was used to create the album?

Hi

What is your Windows version?

Which browser are you using to access/upload the images etc?

Also check that you have the protocols turned on as in my answer to this post.

I have windows 7 professional. I use google chrome and mozilla firefox mostly, but internet explorer won't let me access the album either. I do see where someone was able to access it because the count is now 6, when it was 3...I don't know. I wish I could uninstall it and start over or something

johnebaker wrote on 2/29/2016, 1:20 PM

Hi

. . . . It's 6.0. Speedtest.net shows I'm at about 5.0 . . .

That would be the download speed, what upload speed did you get.

AFAICS these are the published speeds from AT & T for the upto 6Mbps Internet

Download Upload
upto 6 Mbps 0.5 Mbps - 1 Mbps

In which case it is the upload speed that is causing the timeouts.

. . . . I wish I could uninstall it . . . .

If you are using Online Media Manager, shown below to upload the images, there is nothing to uninstall - it is all done online using Flash in the browser.

Please re-read the messages below. You didn't reply to my question about whether or not you are logging in with the proper account. I think that you used a different un/pw to set up the album.

You say that you can't access the album, but that you are able to tell how many visitors there were. So obviously you can access the album. What do you see when you go to dennisallen.magix.net/album? Do you login? If so, once in, what do you see? Post a screen shot.

As John EB points out, this program is entirely on the internet, so the only thing that I can think of is that you are not using the correct un/pw as the one registered to manage the content.

Did you log in to the Magix online site like I showed in a previous post? If so, did you then click on Manage content? What happens? Screen shot.

Again, please answer all of the questions.

Hi

That is the browser timing out on trying access www.magix-photos.com which is a redirect to the real web address  www.magix-online.com/us/

I suspect the US redirect is not working correctly or something is blocking redirects - try using the real web address.

If this fails then with Chrome you are stuck with the default timeout settings.

Try using Firefox with the real web address and if this fails you can increase the timeout period as follows:

In the address bar type about:config

In the search box enter http.response.timeout and press Enter

The default value is 300  = 5 mins

Double click the setting and enter a higher value in the dialog that opens and Ok the dialog.

Also you have not responded with the actual upload speed you are getting.

The upload speed is .43 and the download speed is 5.64...Firefox does the same thing, as well as internet explorer.
