Magix music maker 17 demo/full version problems.

Hi I wonder If anyone can help me with this problem that I keep on getting on music maker.
I downloaded the demo version of music maker 17 and also a demo of dance music maker 17
Then I bought the full version of Music maker 17 (not dance addition) and installed it.
Now I get A error message saying that a file in the DOWNLOAD version cannot be found when I use the soundpool but I do not have the download version and I have uninstalled and removed all files I can find of the above named demos.
Can anyone help me?
I have tried this program on a different computer and it works fine.

The only thing that I can think of Is I may have put the full version serial code in the demo version.

I have windows Xp service pack 3

Hi,

According to your screen shot it is Dance version's not Music Maker 17 right.

When we delete a software some times it left traces in, Program file, Windows system, Application data and even in the registry.

First of all you should clear left behind files or folder of Both (if you have un installed) in the Program files of both, Dance version amd Magix Music Maker.

Then go to application data it could be hidden if so you can view application data if you click on

Computer local disc C:

Click on Tools

Folder Options

View

Show all files

as you will click all hidden files you can see

Note: you must hide later do not forget please.

So, please delete if there is any left behind file or folder, clear cookies, history re start computer.

Re-install Music Maker and see.

Thank you
