I have been trying to access some of the soundpool content and it won't allow me. The majority of the soundpools do work, but few of them say that they cannot be read. I am running my program as the administrator but I do not know what to do.

Do you get any error? usually in soundpool problem(MMM 16 Premium) it will say,
can not read, can not find, when click sytem get freeze, file moved etc.
It will be better if you further explain problem, do you use download version or box version?
Your windows Os is, xp, vista or 7?
I do use MMM 16 Premium and will be easy to guide you.
