If you open it in the program, do you get sound?

It might be what and how you recorded. The program itself is not controlling the hardware, Windows is...

So, what are you recording from?

Hi,

I wish you should have told us if you use Windows Xp, Vista or 7. Laptop computer or Desktop.

It seems your sound recording is not working properly. I will suggest first read pdf file of MMM 15 you can find it in MMM 15 Program folder or use Help from MMM 16 program and check about Audio Recording.
I have found some useful information about recording on internet. There are video tutorial and articles that will show you how to set up computer for recording. Please check it out
