Photostory, like the vast majority of Magix software, is Windows only, sorry.

Assuming you want to contact Customer Service in order to receive a refund you need to email infoservice@magix.net with details of your order and request the refund.

There never has been a MAC version Photostory.

It is possible to run Photostory on a MAC given the limitation that the MAC must be an Intel processor based system and running Bootcamp with Windows 10 or 11 installed.
