Lost Surround sound capability

I"ve had MMM 15 Premium for just over a month and I just noticed that I lost the surrond sound capability, there is no 5.1 Surround Icon near the top of the mixer, where did it go?
This coincides with the fact that I had to change my hard drive to a larger one. I did this by cloning the original drive. All other programs work fine, and the Surround sound is working correctly with all other programs.
So, I remporarily put the old drive in and sure enough, the surround Icon was back in the mixer. I tried copying the Magix folder over to the new drive, but it had no affect.
I'm thinking that somewhere in the registry, Musicmaker got flagged that I changed the hardware, even though it was only the drive. So, How do I get the surround back? Do I reactivate, and if that is what I do, how do I do it. I upgraded online to get the Premium upgrade. I do have the Serial Number in my email.

Hi there,

The 5.1 surround sound arranger and export are exclusive features of the "Premium" edition of Music Maker 15. I understand that you're using the classic edition disc version, from which you re-installed the program, and that you also bought the additional upgrade to the "Premium" edition online. If the surround editor (and other "Premium" features) do not show up after re-installing the classic version from the disc, it's either because you didn't reactivate the "Premium" yet or there was a technical problem doing so.

Therefore, please try this: Open your Music Maker 15, go to the "Help" menu => "Update program / Upgrade functions" => "Upgrade to Premium version". Pick the "buy" option and put in your activation code/serial number again that you got from Magix the first time you upgraded to "Premium".

This will hopefully do the trick. If the upgrade procedure outlined above doesn't seem to be possible, you need to uninstall the Music Maker completely from your system and get rid of all potential remainders (e.g. by manually deleting remaining files in the Magix installation directories). Now re-install the Music Maker from the disc and carry out the "Premium" update as described above.

I hope this helps!
