Xara Premium 19 on Windows 11

When I create text in a text box, even when paragraphs are all the same colour, e.g. red, a preview of the page shows the paragraph as red, but when published it is black bold.

I have seen another post "Embedded Google Fonts Error when publishing website" which I believe is suggesting this is a similar problem, but I don't relate to any of the comments.

Mine is a straightforward, 100% reproducible, 'coloured text publishes as black' problem. It does not seem to be font dependent, I've tried with Verdana and Times New Roman.

I also have an anchor link in Verdana 13pt which publishes at around 32 points, but the (back to top) link still works.
