I just upgraded to Xara P&G Designer 17 and it seems there are issues when locking a layer. I have to click off the layer to actually lock it but when I click back into the layer the layer unlocks. I am not sure if this is a bug or I have some setting set wrong. I  am not in Solo mode. Any help will be appreciated.
