live recording?

Hi, i bought this product mainly to record my own songs.i have hooked up a mic to my creative soundblaster and was able to record 16 bars. How can i record a full song?

Hi,
You just need to move the song markers at the top of the arrangement. They look similar to down arrows and provide the start and stop points for playing and recording. You may have to zoom out to move the end marker far enough to the right to get it out of the way.

This IS very frustrating and is poorly handled in Music Maker - but it's also very easy to fix.
