Language changed from English to German on updating from V18 to V19.

Language changed from English to German on update from Version 18 to 19. I can find no way to change it back to English. I find no way to contact the company directly. I own pro versions of Xara Designer, Vegas, Sound Forge and Acid. Their technical assistance is definitely not pro. It is non-existent.

I hit the same issue through the normal upgrade process and I thought this was now fixed. Alternative is to uninstall Pro X19 (which is a separate install anyway) - you can check this in programs. Download the trial version of X19 and it should install in your local language. Enter your product key MANUALLY (don't copy and paste) and it should be OK. You will need to 'Download All' for each folder in the Local Designs Gallery (and its takes a long time!). Right now, you may get some errors of templates not found, but ignore that and eventually you will get most of the Online Catalogue. FWIW - I have an open ticket with Magix - you might find the Help file is stuck at X18 too.
