I assume you're referring to the comments you're receiving on your published media under the "Show & discuss" section of this website. There's no option to have these automatically translated (and a really good machine-made translation doesn't really exist, anyway). However, you could try a free online translation service in order to get a least a rough idea of what people are saying. Since your uploaded media are published on all international sections of Magix.info, you're bound to get international visitors and therefore international comments. You could use Google Translate to translate individual comments or the entire page:
