Just upgraded from VPX to VPX14. Now none of the title menus work

I recently upgraded from VP X to VP X 14. Just did my first video production on the software. I went to the title menu page to use one of the pre-installed title menus and find that none of them work. There is no music, none of them will pull the random short videos from the video. Nothing happens when you click the preview button. Some of them have huge pictures of the background that would normally be there, boxes that have a screen shot from the video are super tiny. In short... they are all messed up! This is NOT what I expected from Magix with a simple upgrade to the latest software. I realize it has only been out for a short time so I'm hoping there is a simple fix.

In addition to what @CubeAce has written, which was the previous version of VPX you had? You mention upgrading to VPX14 without telling us what you had upgraded from. This detail could well be very relevant, especially if, as Ray comments, you are still running Win 7.

Do you mean the Intro/Outro animation templates as shown below?

I am running a Dell Windows 10 Pro with i7-8700 3.2 GHz 6 core 12 logical processor, 32 GB RAM and the previous version was Magix Video Pro X. version is 17.0.1.32. I believe it was the original version and was purchased in 2013.

No, not the Intro/Outros... Where I am having the issue is when the production is complete and you go to the interface to actually burn a DVD. There are numerous templates for the DVD title menu that are preinstalled. They are called User Footage Easy, Low Tide, Mountaineers, Sparkles, Desert, Neon Lights, Soft Edges, Purple Glass, etc. None of them work when I choose one. I do have a support ticket open with Magix.

@TAVE

Hi

Thanks for the clarification.

Are you double clicking a DVD menu template to change them?
