Just bought this software on humbe bundle and cant use. Error 24?

Says I need a special codec to edit the video, asks me to activate online. I hit accept and get an error 24

So is this a software where I bought it but need to spend extra money to edit a certain kind of video format?

If so, I will refund immediately. Alternatively, is there a solution?

Hi

The second image tells you what is wrong - 'serial number has already been registered to another email address - contact support'.

Is the email address you registered the product with the same as that you used for the forum?

If it is then contact support through the contact link at the bottom of the forum page.

That doesn't really make sense if I registered my account with the serial number I just got today when I bought it from humble bundle no problem. Its not brining me to a page to enter a serial number anyways. It just brings up both those boxes. Just gonna refund.
