Is there dither/dithering in Samplitude Music Studio 2013

Hi, what happens when I bounce 24bit project in 16 bit audio, or save 24 bit file into 16bit format? Is there a hidden automatic dithering or something like that? Should I use an external processing for that?

its best to use an external tool for this./as i always do.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to figure out, there used to be a built-in dither in Samplitude, now it's gone I guess, at least in Music Studio. Thanks anyway!
