While the program doesn't feature a built-in FLV export, there's a way to obtain an FLV file from it. Check my reply to this question:

That said, I'm pretty sure that pretty much every online video platform is capable of accepting a few other formats that you can export directly from Magix (via "File" => "Export movie") and will transcode these to FLV on the server.
