Is it worth to purchase Magix MP3 Deluxe MX?

Hello!

I have received a newsletter from Magix, offering me the mew Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 2013 and Magix MP3 Deluxe MX, both, for US$ 29,99.

I would like to know if, in your opinion, is it worth to purchase this package. Is Magix MP3 Deluxe MX a good MP3 player? Better than Winamp?

I would love to hear your opinions. ;)

I took advantage of this offer, mostly for the cleaning lab. What's frustrating about the MP3 Deluxe, is that a lot of the dropdown menus and the updater are in German. Since I don't speak German, it puts me at a disadvantage. It looks to be a fine program, though.
