Editing a burnt DVD is not possible (even if you were using a multi session disc) as the data that is written to the DVD is compressed video making no distinction other than color between the pixels that are part of your title or their background.

When burning a second video DVD (in Movie Edit Pro etc) you can choose to not re-encoding parts of a project that have not been changed but I'm not certain if this is an option in PhotoStory.

Providing you saved the original project and kept all the media files you can re-open the project and edit it again.
