If you mean easily with a push of a button, that's not very likely.

Since I haven't tried to use any of the percussion in Vita, I'm not sure how the sounds are being generated (triggered samples or synthesized).  The simplest way would be to record your own choked cymbal audio sample.  The next easiest would be to take an existing cymbal crash from the soundpool and modify it.  I would think it would require amplitude and filter effects being applied in just the right way.  It sounds like a fun exercise...maybe I'll give it a try.

See if this gives you the sound you want.  

Using the Vita, Acoutic Drum Kit try these settings for the Amp section in the Instrument Editor

A = 0 ms  D = 500 ms  S = -120 dB  R = 0 ms leave all the other settings as default initially.

The cymbal will have to be on its own track.
