Internal program error 5107.w.fi.gs

I have an issue with Magix Photo and Graphics Designer 16.

I can't export to PDF. When i try, i get the error 'Internal program error 5107.w.fi.gs'

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, same problem.

it's fine on my Win10 laptop, I get this error using Win7 on another laptop.

Any idea's ?

Hi and welcome to the forum

See this topic re the error message you are getting although it refers to an older version it still applies - Talk Graphics is the original forum for Xara products..

You may also want to check that your Anti-virus program is not blocking the program or protecting folders that it needs to work with.
