Installing EZDrummer 2 plugin to Samplitude Music Studio

I've followed the instruction from both Samplitude and from EZDrummer but have had no luck.  Before I tried to do this I started getting the "Unable to Open ReWire subsytem, error 100" message on startup of Samplitude
