I got PC Check and Photo Manager for free download with Turbo Tax - the download worked but when I double click on either wet up I get a blank MS DOS screen and nothing happens

Interesting - I cannot find any reference on the Turbo Tax site to these being free downloads available with the software.
Were they bundled with the tax software from another source - if so then I would suggest you contact them.

I have the box in front of me and there is a sticker on the box that says "BONUS - Free with Purchase" and there was a slip inside the box with the P2 codes for both programs. In any case the programs did download but when you double-click on them to instal all I egt is a blank MS DOS screen. I called the number that was on the sheet if you had problems and all it does is direct you to the website that doesn't answer the problem either.

Do you have antivirus and spam software installed? I suspect one of them may be blocking the installation.
