Just purchased the vegas 9 PRO, when right clicking on the download and installing as an admin nothing happens. What needs to be done here?

I hope you didn't pay much for it. It's extremely old. Current version is 19 and this is not the Vegas forum. See this, which you would have seen had you looked at the screen before posting.
